By using o2dealer.com or sending a request through it, you agree to these terms. The site is run by O2DEALER LTD. (Auto Dealer), Unified National Number 7036295751, Randa Tower, 4th floor, King Abdulaziz Road, An Nahdah, Jeddah.

1. Our services

  • Importing cars from South Korea on the customer's behalf (from Korean car sites or from our cars in Korea).
  • Selling the company's own cars already in Saudi Arabia.
  • Supplying car parts from approved suppliers.

2. Prices

  • Prices of cars from Korea are an estimated landed price, based on the exchange rate and fees at the time shown; they may change with the exchange rate, shipping costs or government fees.
  • Our sales team confirms the price in writing before any payment and it is written in the preliminary contract; if it changes, the deposit is refunded in full.
  • Prices of the company's cars in Saudi Arabia are final as shown unless stated otherwise.

3. Requests and contracts

  • Sending a request on the site is not a purchase and does not bind either party.
  • After the deposit (from SAR 500) is paid and the preliminary contract is signed, we inspect the car and send the report; it ships only after the full price is paid under the final contract. Details in the deposit policy.
  • If these terms differ from a contract signed by both parties, the contract applies.

4. Payment

  • All payments are made only to the company bank account or through the site's official payment methods; we never ask for a transfer to a personal account.
  • Deposits and refunds follow the Deposit & refund policy.

5. Inspection and condition

  • We give the customer the car's photos and inspection report before the purchase is completed; the customer confirms in the final contract that they have seen them.
  • The importer is responsible for defects that were not disclosed, as set out in the final contract.

6. Shipping and delivery

  • Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may be delayed for reasons outside our control, such as shipping-line schedules, customs procedures or force majeure. After the final contract is signed, late arrival falls under its compensation clause.
  • You can follow your order on the "My requests" page in your account.

7. Car parts

Parts orders follow their own return and exchange policy, shown before the order is confirmed.

8. Your account

  • Customers must give correct information; the mobile number is verified at sign-up.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account password private.

9. Content

All site content (texts, designs, logos) belongs to the company; photos of imported cars come from Korean sale sites or inspectors. Content may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are first settled amicably, otherwise by the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on the site at the time of the request applies, and contracts whose deposit was paid before an update keep their terms. For any question, use the Contact page or WhatsApp.
