This policy explains how O2DEALER LTD. ("we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website and services, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: mobile number, name, email address and password (stored encrypted).
• Request data: cars you save or request, your lists, the estimated prices shown to you and the add-ons you chose.
• Communication data: conversations you start with us on WhatsApp.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, chosen language and currency, cookies needed to run the site, and visit statistics when enabled.

We do not ask for your national ID or iqama number on the website.

2. Why we use your data

• To create your account and verify your mobile number.
• To prepare price quotes and handle car requests, import, shipping and delivery.
• To contact you about your requests by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• To improve the website and protect it against fraud and abuse.
• To comply with applicable laws.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only as needed with:

• Sellers and exporters in South Korea connected to the car you request.
• Shipping companies, customs brokers and bodies involved in import and registration.
• Technical service providers (hosting, messaging, WhatsApp/Meta, analytics).
• Government authorities when legally required.

4. Transfers outside Saudi Arabia

Some of your data may be processed outside the Kingdom, for example by our hosting provider and our partners in South Korea, only to fulfil your request and in line with the PDPL rules on cross-border transfers.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active, and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for example accounting records), then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

You may request access to your data, a copy of it, its correction, or its destruction when it is no longer needed, and you may withdraw your consent. Contact us using the details below. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), password hashing, and restrict access to authorised staff only.

8. Cookies

We use cookies needed for sign-in and for remembering your language and currency, and may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.

We may update this policy from time to time; the new date will be shown at the top of this page.
