Deposit & refund policy

This policy explains how we handle the deposit when importing a car or reserving one of our cars. If it differs from a signed contract, the contract applies.

1. When is a deposit paid?

  • No deposit is asked when you send a request on the site. You pay a deposit only after our sales team confirms the car and the price.
  • The deposit is paid only to the company bank account or through official payment methods, and you receive a receipt stamped by the company.
  • The deposit starts from SAR 500 and is deducted from the price; it confirms a serious order and starts the inspection. We sign a preliminary import contract with you stating the car, its confirmed price and condition, with its website condition attached. The car ships only after the full price is paid under the final contract.

2. What happens to the deposit?

  • The full deposit is deducted from the car's total price when the purchase is completed.
  • We inspect the car and send you the report with photos, stating whether it "matches" or "does not match" its condition in the preliminary contract and its annex.
  • If we cannot secure the agreed car, your deposit is refunded in full.

3. When is the deposit refunded?

  • Does not match: accept it and continue, or refuse it and get the full deposit back.
  • Matches: the deposit is not refunded if you withdraw, including before the report arrives.
  • Reply time: 48 hours from the report, then one reminder and 24 more hours. No reply: a non-matching car's deposit is returned to the same account; a matching car's is not.
  • Full refund even if it matches: if the confirmed price changes, we cannot secure the car, or we breach our obligations.
  • Once the final contract is signed, its terms apply, including compensation for late arrival.

When does a car not match? When the inspection shows something not stated in the contract or its annex: a repainted or replaced part, an accident, flood or fire, mileage more than 1,000 km above, or a major engine, gearbox or chassis fault. Light scratches and tyre or brake wear are not a mismatch.

4. How is it refunded?

  • The deposit is returned within (7) working days to the same account it was paid from.
  • The refund is recorded on your request, and you can ask for a copy of the refund receipt.

5. Auction deposit

  • The auction deposit is a fixed SAR 2,000, refunded in full if we do not win the auction.
