Yes. Everything goes through our registered company — we never deal privately with a customer. Every transfer goes only to the company bank account, and purchase contracts are written and certified by the Chamber of Commerce to protect both buyer and seller before any step.

Our team selects the best cars that meet the Saudi standards (SASO), and you have three options:

1. Buy at a Korean auction.
2. Our cars in Korea, or a car found on your request.
3. Our cars already in Saudi Arabia.

We handle shipping and every procedure up to your door, or as you prefer. The fee depends on the services you need, and you can follow every step of the purchase.

1. We send you the auction list with starting prices, and you set your maximum bid.
2. You pay a fixed 2,000 SAR deposit to enter the auction. It is deducted from the car price if we win, and fully refunded if we don’t.
3. Our team inspects the car at the auction (history report, engine, gearbox, chassis, past accidents) and checks it with a paint meter for any accident not declared, then sends you the full report.
4. We write the purchase contract and terms, certify it at the Chamber of Commerce, and agree the bidding time with you.
5. If we win, the rest of the price (car price minus the deposit) is due within 2 days, and then shipping begins.

Shipping prices change daily and each car has its own price. Once the ship sails from South Korea it takes 30 to 45 days at most.

We ship to Jeddah, Dammam, Yanbu or Aqaba — each port has its own price, and we choose the best and fastest option for our customers.

You choose to collect the car at the port or have it delivered to your door. The steps are:

1. Choose the type or method of shipping.
2. Pay customs duty and VAT when the ship arrives.
3. Pay the release and clearance fees.
4. Move the car from the port to SASO and issue the customs card (single-car shipments get temporary plates in the buyer’s name).
5. Transport it to your city.
6. Periodic inspection (Fahas) and insurance.
7. Visit the traffic engineer with the customs card and all documents; after the check a new registration (Istimara) is issued for a 400 SAR traffic fee.

You get a 48-hour guarantee from the day you receive the car, and you can claim all your rights under the contract if anything is wrong.

We never supply a poor-quality car — our reputation depends on it. Everything we tell you about mileage, engine, body and chassis is documented, and you can claim (under the contract) if it proves otherwise. We always check the body with a paint meter, inspect the engine and chassis, and show you the report before any purchase; a specific compensation is agreed with the customer in case of any problem.
